Deer Haven is a small subdivision in Camas along the north shore of Lacamas Lake. Many homes in this $700,000-$900,000 neighborhood offer views of Lacamas Lake and the surrounding territory. Lot 11 Has a Great View!
The progress on Lot 11 has been good and the home is now framed up and roofed. It should be available this spring. The house has a fabulous southwest view of the River all the way to Portland. I’ll have fresh updated photos as soon as a sweet sunny winter day comes 😉 Stay tuned this is going to be an awesome spec house.

Quail Homes Update
Quail Homes has their gorgeous model home open at Green Meadows. This fantastic home showcases the quality and trim levels one can expect from excellent local builder, Quail Homes. This fabulous large one level home overlooks the Green Meadows Golf Course at 7909 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, WA 98661. My colleague Bert Girod from Realty Pro will be holding the model home open every Friday-Monday 10am-4pm. This model serves as the buyer headquarters for all the local Quail Homes subdivisions.
This site has added tabs under the menu Quail Homes to include the Green Meadows property, the Cottages on 63rd, Kay’s Place in La Center, and Quail Vista at Mount Vista in Vancouver. Prices will start in the high 300’s for the Cottages and work their way up to the upper 500’s for larger homes on larger lots.
