Lot 4

This lot is nearly a 1/3 acre and should provide nice privacy. We are placing a spacious and beautiful ranch style home with 2750 square feet on this wonderful property. There will be 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both homes on lots 4 and 14 will have beautiful trim and attention to detail inside and out. Here is a sample of a kitchen the builder used in another project and is similar to what is planned for these homes as well.

The top of the lot will feature modest territorial views and city lights at night. This is a very large 0.29 acre lot so there will be ample room for privacy and a yard.

Downtown Camas is just a couple of minutes drive and freeway access at SR-14 just a couple minutes more. PDX should require less than 20 minutes drive.
